02 / Problems we help solve

If this sounds like your week, we should talk.

01

Replace spreadsheets and disconnected manual processes

When stock, orders or approvals are kept in files and chat messages, people spend more time checking that numbers match than making decisions. We turn those steps into one shared system with clear roles.

02

Give customers a better way to order or interact

If customers still call, wait, or guess what is available, a catalog, ordering flow, or account area can make the business easier to buy from.

03

Centralize data across branches and teams

Work across several locations breaks down when each site keeps its own numbers. We build platforms that keep inventory, recipes, orders and reporting in one place.

04

Modernize an outdated web application

An older app can still hold the business logic you need. We improve the interface, structure, performance, and maintainability without throwing away what already works.

05

Automate repetitive communication

Status updates, reminders, and routine requests do not need to wait on someone to copy and paste. Notifications and integrations can move that work out of inboxes.

06

Launch and validate a new digital product

A new product or service should start with the smallest version that can be used in the real business. We help you shape it, build it, and learn from the first users.

03 / Selected work

These are selected projects, not the limit of what we take on.

Operations

Warehouse management system

Private operational platform

Problem.
Staff had to phone or email the warehouse to find out whether an item was in stock.
What we built.
A web system where the warehouse team records stock and everyone else looks it up themselves.
Our role.
We designed the product, planned how it is built, and developed the whole system, front end and back end.

Hospitality

Restaurant online menus

Restaurant clients in Lebanon

Problem.
Restaurants needed a menu customers could open on a phone, and that the owner could update without a developer.
What we built.
Fast online menus with an owner dashboard, and an optional edition with cart, optional Google sign-in and WhatsApp ordering.
Our role.
We designed the product, planned how it is built, and developed the whole system, front end and back end.

Food production

Central kitchen recipe-costing system

Restaurant with a central kitchen

Problem.
The restaurant needed to know what each menu item really costs, while the kitchen team saw no prices.
What we built.
A recipe-costing system where the admin sees net costs and chefs see quantities only.
Our role.
We designed the product, planned how it is built, and developed the whole system, front end and back end.

04 / Industries

We know these operations. We are not limited to them.

01

Operations and logistics

Companies that move stock, fulfill orders and coordinate work across locations need one shared, up-to-date view of the work, not another spreadsheet.

02

Retail and e-commerce

Selling well depends on accurate catalogs, a buying process customers can finish, and staff tools that keep products and orders up to date.

03

Food and hospitality

Restaurants, kitchens, and hospitality teams work under time pressure. Software has to respect menus, recipes, stations, and the way orders actually move.

04

Professional, human resources and local services

Service businesses need a credible online presence and practical tools for requests, profiles and follow-up, without the complexity of a large marketplace.

05 / How we work

A direct process, with a decision at each stage.

01Understand the operation

We start with the people, tools and steps you already use, including how work passes between people. That usually means going through orders, inventory, approvals, reporting and the special cases that never make it into a slide deck.

You get: A shared picture of how work actually happens today.

02Define the right product

Before writing production software, we agree on the problem, the users, the first useful version, and what can wait. The goal is a product that fits the operation, not a pile of disconnected features.

You get: A scoped product definition and a staged plan.

03Design and build in stages

We design screens around the tasks people actually do, then build in stages so you can react to something real. We keep the technical design simple so the product can grow without breaking.

You get: Working software you can test on your real tasks.

04Launch, measure, and improve

Launch is the start of useful feedback. We help you get the product into daily work, watch where it helps or gets in the way, and keep improving it.

You get: A live product, a way to get support, and a list of improvements based on real use.

06 / About the studio

Software built by people who understand your daily work.

Tech Duo combines software engineering with direct operational experience. We understand how inventory moves, how teams coordinate, how customers order, and where manual processes create unnecessary work.

We are a small studio, on purpose. You work directly with the people who design and build your product.
