Overview

Built for an operation that needed more than a simple stock list. Locations, roles, and movement history had to stay usable on the floor and in the office.

Problem

Stock movement was difficult to follow once it left a spreadsheet. Teams needed a shared way to receive goods, move them between locations, and see what was actually on hand.

Solution

We designed an operational platform around warehouse roles: receiving, transfers, counts, and management views. The product follows the physical flow of inventory instead of forcing the warehouse to work around a generic database screen.
