Overview
Events are temporary, crowded, and unforgiving. The software has to be obvious under pressure and useful to both guests and the people producing the food or service.
Problem
Event ordering breaks when each kiosk, menu, and fulfillment point is treated as a separate improvisation. Guests need a fast path to order; operators need those orders to land with the right station.
