Overview

A manufacturer’s storefront for customers in Egypt, in English and Arabic with a full right-to-left layout, prices in Egyptian pounds and cash on delivery.

Problem

The company needed to show its full product range and what is in stock, and let customers order, while its own staff manage orders, stock and site content, each with the right level of access.

Solution

Customers browse a catalog they can filter by category, size and scent. They can search, sort and open product pages with options, then add items to a cart and check out with cash on delivery, entering their Egyptian address details. The order is created securely on the server, which checks prices and stock, and is then handed off to WhatsApp. Customers can track an order with the order number and phone. Staff use a back office with roles for orders, customers, products and variants, stock adjustments, homepage banners, content pages, reports and settings.

What improved

  • A working bilingual store with cash-on-delivery ordering and WhatsApp hand-off
  • Orders created on the server with price and stock checks
  • Customers can track their own orders
  • Staff run orders, stock and content from one role-based back office with an audit log

These results come from real use of the product.
