TDS Resume: an ATS-friendly resume builder with public profiles
Own product · A resume builder where people create a resume that applicant tracking systems (ATS) can read, get an ATS score with tips on what to improve, publish a shareable profile and download a PDF. It comes with four plans and an administrator back office.
Overview
Built as a subscription product with four plans (Free, Basic, Professional and Enterprise) that unlock PDF export, extra sections, analytics, more projects, more resume versions and more templates. A plan that expires gets a grace period before features are restricted. The product is finished and ready to launch.
Problem
A good-looking resume can still fail the applicant tracking systems that HR teams use, and applicants are rarely told what is missing. They also need one place to keep several versions of a resume and share a clean profile.
Solution
Users build a resume section by section with a live preview, choose a template, and keep several versions, for example one per target role. Each resume gets an ATS score with a list of what is missing or weak. A server-generated, ATS-friendly PDF can be downloaded, and the published version appears on a public profile page with its own web link, and the owner chooses what is visible. An administrator creates accounts, assigns plans, records payments and reviews an audit log.
What improved
- A finished product with four templates, four plans and server-generated PDFs
- Every resume gets an ATS score with a list of what to improve
- Public profile pages with their own web link, and the owner controls what is shown
- Administrators manage accounts, plans and payments with an audit trail
These results come from real use of the product.
